Sydney Marathon
Makda Harun Haji won the Sydney Marathon and the Australian Marathon Championships on Sunday in 2:28:06, a course record. Makda is now third on the Australian 2017 rankings behind MUAC’s Lisa Weightman and Jess Trengove.
Matilda Vidler took fourth place in the 18-19 Olympic Distance race at the ITU World Triathlon Grand Final in Rotterdam in 2:22:00.
