This practical workshop follows on from the “Re-define your Core” theory presentation. It will provide athletes and coaches with effective exercise progressions that will:

• Develop motor control “deep-core” stability
• Re-train movement patterns for smooth efficient movement
• Prevent injuries and improve performance

The workshop will give you the opportunity to check your technique for fundamental movements that are important for athletic events.

Presenters Catherine MacRae (Physiotherapist) and Neil Michael (Exercise Physiologist) both work at Motion Health in Toorak. They have over 30 years combined professional experience and a competitive background in athletics.
